Book Club

Over the past several years, I have been a member of a book club. The current book club started in 2002 and we meet about once a month to discuss a book we've all read. I find it a great way to motivate myself to read and also to read some books I would never have picked up on my own. More often than not, I end up liking these books.

This page contains the list of all the books we have read since the book club started. Each month, a different person brings a list of 3-5 books we'll consider reading next. We vote on these books and then meet again in a month to discuss the "winner". The "Picked By" column below shows the person who brought that book for consideration while the "Host" column is who hosted that month's meeting.
